Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope and payment provider

ProCheck Global is operated by SIA KG Buve. For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller; ProCheck supplies the software and product support. These purchases are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. ProCheck adds no separate refund restrictions.

International checkout is not currently available. The following provisions apply when purchases through Paddle become available. Existing Latvia purchases retain their applicable terms.

Refund request deadlines

• Discretionary refunds: submit your request within 14 days of the transaction date. Paddle assesses requests individually and may grant a full refund, a partial refund, or decline.
• Statutory withdrawal, where applicable: Paddle specifies 14 days for consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, UK, Turkey and Israel; 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada; and 5 days in Singapore, measured from the transaction date.

The eligibility conditions and subscription first-payment, trial and renewal rules in section 2 of Paddle’s Refund Policy apply.

Mandatory buyer rights

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. The discretionary deadline does not limit other legally enforceable remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also provide replacement or refund remedies when technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery.

How to request a refund

Visit Paddle buyer support and choose “Request refund”, or follow the support link in your receipt. Eligible EU consumers can also use the withdrawal option in Paddle’s customer portal.

For product assistance, contact info@procheck.lv. Include your purchase reference and account email; never send passwords or full card details.

Subscription cancellation

One-time project reviews do not renew automatically. International subscriptions are not currently offered.

If you purchase a Paddle subscription in the future, cancel through the management link in your confirmation email or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation takes effect when the current billing period ends and stops subsequent charges. Cancellation and a request to recover an earlier payment are separate actions; applicable withdrawal and refund rights remain available.

Applicable policy

The Paddle policy version effective when you purchased governs that transaction; mandatory rights remain protected.
