The review process
From a document set to a clearer next step.
Bring the project into context, compare the evidence and decide what needs attention. ProCheck supports the team responsible for the design — it does not replace it.
- 01
Choose the project’s jurisdiction
Confirm the country, supported review scope and relevant document versions. Language alone does not identify the applicable rules.
- 02
Bring the documents together
In the supported ProCheck workspace, add project drawings and explanatory documents. Technical conditions are a separate source of requirements, not another project discipline.
- 03
Connect technical facts
Compare facts across disciplines, taking units, versions, applicability and rounding into account. Missing information on one page is not automatically missing from the whole project.
- 04
Review findings with evidence
See the source document, page or text location, the issue to review and a recommended next step. Uncertain or ambiguous evidence stays a question, not a confirmed defect.
- 05
Make the professional decision
Your specialists check the context, resolve inconsistencies and decide what to change. A report is review support, not a permit, certification or substitute for professional responsibility.
